Title	Steelbook quality is awesome, customer service - not so much..

Rate Date 2018-02-02 18:49:30 Recommend Recommend Views 882 The quality of the steelbook is awesome, much better that expected.! It was packaged very well, a tank couldn't get through it. Unfortunately, the tank got to it while in production and after taking the slip cover off, it reveled a nasty surprise, it was smashed so much, i can barely look at it without shedding a tear. Heard good things about the company so I was not worried about the replacement. Its be a couple of weeks now and after multiple emails, they did not respond...still waiting...sad..
